Cheyenne Washington and
Vance Shewey have been named as this week's Hillsboro Ford PowerJays of the Week for their efforts during last week's action. This marks the second time Washington has received this award and the third for Shewey.
HILLSBORO FORD FEMALE POWERJAY OF THE WEEK: CHEYENNE WASHINGTON, SOFTBALL
Cheyenne Washington is a Senior from Stockton, Calif.
Washington continued to build on the solid start to her Senior campaign in a doubleheader on Saturday at Stephens College, batting .500 on the day and recording three hits, one double, two homeruns, and eight RBIs in just six at-bats. Her efforts helped the Bluejays roll to two blowout wins, 21-6 and 15-2.

Vance Shewey is a Senior from Meade, Kan.
Shewey capped off his Indoor Track & Field career with a 4
th place finish in the Men's High Jump at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships in Gainesville, Fla. this past weekend with a final mark of 2.09m. Shewey's efforts and placement earned him NAIA All-American status.
