April Ochoa and
Glenn Maiden Jr. have been named as this week's Hillsboro Ford PowerJays of the Week for their performances last week. This marks the first time Maiden has received the award, and the second time Ochoa has received it.
HILLSBORO FORD FEMALE POWERJAY OF THE WEEK: APRIL OCHOA, WOMEN'S SOCCER
April Ochoa is a Junior from Las Vegas, Nev.
Ochoa netted her sixth goal of the season in last Wednesday's loss to Kansas Wesleyan at home and provided the majority of the offensive production for the Lady Bluejays during the week.
HILLSBORO FORD MALE POWERJAY OF THE WEEK: GLENN MAIDEN JR.
Glenn Maiden Jr. is a Junior from Fairbanks, Alaska.
Maiden tallied four receptions for a total of 42 yards, including a 26-yard catch that led to the Bluejays' game-winning touchdown in the final minute over bitter rival Bethel on the Threshers' homecoming night last Saturday.
