HILLSBORO, Kan. – Raegan King and Cooper Taylor have been named this week's Hillsboro Ford PowerJays of the Week. This marks the first time that either athlete has received the award this season.
 
HILLSBORO FORD FEMALE POWERJAY OF THE WEEK: RAEGAN KING, WOMEN'S SOCCER
 
Raegan King is a Junior from Wichita Falls, Texas.
 
King impressed with a hat-trick in Wednesday's rout of Highway 56 rival McPherson, netting the Bluejays' opening goal in the first ten minutes. King struck again at the 24' mark, and again with a beautiful penalty shot at the 68' mark.
 
HILLSBORO FORD MALE POWERJAY OF THE WEEK: COOPER TAYLOR, MEN'S SOCCER
 
Cooper Taylor is a Junior hailing from Buhler, Kan.
 
Taylor recorded his second goal of the 2024 campaign in Sunday's 1-nil decision over Friends, effectively deciding the result of the match in the last three minutes of the first half, leading the Bluejay Men to their first win over the Falcons since 2021.
