BRANSON, Mo. – Tabor College Softball made the trip to Branson Mo. for a fun-filled week of softball. The tournament is set for March 6-8, with games beginning on Thursday and concluding on Saturday.
The Lady Bluejays are set to face Mount Marty University, Mission University, Graceland University, Williams Baptist University, and Culver-Stockton College during an action-packed weekend of college softball. Games will take place at the Branson Ball Fields at Branson RecPlex.
Day one begins for the Bluejays with a game against Mount Marty at 1 p.m., followed by a reserve game against the Lancers at 3 p.m. Mount Marty is 7-5 on the season and currently holds a four game win streak. The Lancers finished the 2024 season with an overall record of 21-24 and 11-11 in conference (GPAC) play.
Day two holds another couple of games for the Bluejays, where they will face Mission University at 1 p.m. and Graceland University at 3 p.m. Mission currently sits at an 0-10 record on the season having played in a series of Branson tournaments early on. Graceland holds a 6-11 record on the season and is currently on a five-game losing streak.
Day three concludes the tournament with games against Williams Baptist University and Culver-Stockton College. Williams Baptist has an overall record of 7-3 this season while Culver-Stockton has recorded a 1-9 record thus far.
The Bluejays will conclude their thrilling run at the Branson Grand Slam Classic and return home on Sunday morning before conference play begins on Tuesday.
