LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) announced their selections for the 2026 NFCA NAIA Rawlings Gold Glove team on Friday. Tabor College had one student-athlete selected for this honor.
Senior,
Reese Hefley earned the Gold Glove selection for her work during the season as the Bluejays' leftfielder. She recorded 81 putouts on 87 total chances with five assists, good for a career-high .989 fielding percentage.
Following the 2026 campaign, she concludes her career in Hillsboro with 239 total putouts on 256 chances with 10 assists, finishing with a .973 fielding percentage over four years.
Hefley's defensive efforts were instrumental to the Bluejays' success throughout the season, helping propel the team to a finish in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) tournament as one of the final four teams standing in the tournament.
