KANSAS – The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) announced their selections for the KCAC Football Players of the Week on Monday afternoon.
 
Brandon King was named KCAC Football Defensive Player of the Week for his efforts this past Saturday against McPherson.
 
King had an outstanding evening, recording two solo tackles and three total tackles, and coming up with two big interceptions against one of the best quarterbacks in the conference, returning one of them for a 97-yard pick-six.
 
Saturday marks another opportunity as King and the Bluejays head down to Wichita to take on No. 7 Friends in a 6:00pm kickoff.
