COLUMBIA, Mo. – Tabor Volleyball made the short turnaround on Friday evening and took on Central Methodist in the second match of the 2026 Hampton Inn Classic. The Bluejays entered the match after falling to the host team, Columbia, earlier Friday afternoon, 3-0.
Central Methodist proved to have the Bluejays' number in the match, taking a decisive 3-0 victory (25-13, 25-18, 25-10).
Esther Nederveen led the way offensively with six kills, while
Kytzia Cortez finished with four and
Kingzley Ratzlaff finished with three.
Olivia Lazenby recorded two service aces and 14 digs to lead the team.
Annerieke Nederveen also posted a team-high 14 assists in the loss.
