COLUMBIA, Mo. – Bluejay Volleyball continued their trip to Columbia, Mo. for the 2026 Hampton Inn Classic on Saturday as they faced St. Ambrose in their first match of the day. Tabor entered the match after falling to Central Methodist on Friday evening, 3-0.
The Bluejays opened the match taking the first set from SAU, 25-21, before falling to the Fighting Bees, 3-1 (25-21, 16-25, 19-25, 24-26).
Esther Nederveen once again led the team offensively, recording 14 kills, while
Kingzley Ratzlaff also finished in double figures with 12 kills of her own.
Ashley Spease recorded two service aces, while
Janne Ramakers recorded four blocks, and
Josephine Fuamatu posted a season-high 17 digs.
Annerieke Nederveen continued her assist production with a season-high 34 assists in the loss.
