KANSAS – The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) announced their 2026 KCAC Softball All-Conference selections last week.
Freshman
Rachaely Yaya was named a Second Team All-KCAC selection for her efforts throughout the season as a utility infielder.
Yaya had an outstanding freshman campaign, batting .367 on the season with 36 hits, 19 RBIs, three homeruns, and a .411 on-base percentage with a .561 slugging percentage through 98 at-bats and 40 games played.
She was instrumental in helping the Bluejays slide into 7
th place in the KCAC during the regular season, finishing with an overall record of 22-25 and a 12-14 record in conference play.
