KANSAS – The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) announced their 2026 KCAC All-Conference selections last week.
Freshman
Xeanna Samifua was named a Third Team All-KCAC selection for her efforts throughout the season as the Bluejays' first baseman and designated player.
As a freshman, she made her presence felt across the league, batting .308 with 24 hits and 28 RBIs on the season. She also finished tied for 6
th in the KCAC in homeruns, smashing eight of the on the season, while boasting a .402 on-base percentage with a .641 slugging percentage and 10 extra base-hits through 78 at-bats and 32 games played.
Samifua helped the Bluejays to a 22-25 overall record and a 12-14 record in conference play, finishing the season as one of the last four teams remaining in the KCAC Tournament.
