KANSAS – The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) announced their selections for the KCAC Men's Track and Field Athletes of the Week on Monday afternoon.
Koltyn Kaniper was named as this week's KCAC Men's Field Athlete of the Week for his outstanding marks over the course of last week's action.
Kaniper had yet another outstanding meet, winning the Men's Javelin at the Tabor College Invitational over the weekend, once again breaking the school record and additionally breaking the KCAC record with a throw of 68.14m. This is currently the top mark in the KCAC and is No. 2 in the NAIA. This marks the third consecutive week in which Kaniper has earned the KCAC Men's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week honor.
