STERLING, Kan. – Saturday marks yet another important conference matchup for Tabor College Men's Basketball as the team travels to take on rival Sterling. The Bluejays are coming off a disappointing close loss to McPherson on Wednesday.
LAST TIME OUT
- Fell to McPherson in a tight game on Wednesday, 85-77
- Kam Kaniper led the way offensively for Tabor with 18 points off the bench
- Jake Weaver once again led the team on the glass, pulling down 15 total rebounds (three offensive, 12 defensive), while recording three blocks, bringing his total to 29 blocks on the season
- Marque Wilkerson (15), Niieihii Blackbear (14), and Khalil Allen (11) also finished in double figures
- The Bluejays shot 47.1% (33-70) from the field, 25.0% (5-20) from beyond the arc, and 42.9% (6-14) from the free throw line

- Sterling came out with the win, 94-71
