KANSAS – The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) announced the 2025-26 KCAC Men's Basketball All-Conference teams and award winners Thursday morning. Student-athletes were selected for all awards by a vote of the KCAC head men's basketball coaches.
Marque Wilkerson was named as an Honorable Mention All-KCAC selection for his efforts throughout the course of the season. Wilkerson led the way in scoring for the Bluejays, averaging 16.1 points per game while shooting at a 47.4% (152-321) clip from the field and 37.7% (23-61) from downtown. In addition to his efforts on the scoring front, he also hauled in 123 total rebounds (20 offensive, 103 defensive), dished out 76 assists, snagged 44 steals, and recorded 13 blocks.
Jake Weaver earned a spot on the KCAC All-Freshman team after an outstanding rookie campaign. Weaver averaged 8.7 points per game while shooting 50.5% (94-186) from the field and 24.4% (10-41) from beyond the arc. Likely the most impressive stats from his freshman campaign came by way of 217 total rebounds (49 offensive, 168 defensive), averaging 8.0 rebounds per game, good for second in the conference, as well as his 34 blocks on the season, also good for second in the conference. Weaver also dished out 50 assists and grabbed 24 steals.
