TABOR FOOTBALL PICKED SECOND, THIRD IN PRESEASON CONFERENCE POLLS

HILLSBORO, Kan. – Summer is winding down which means that football season is fast-approaching and fall camp is well underway. The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) conducted its annual Football Coaches and Media Polls earlier this week.

Tabor has been placed in the Kessinger Division for the 2025 campaign, along with rival Bethel, former Bissell Division foes Avila and Ottawa, as well as Bethany and Evangel. The new divisional alignment offers new opportunities and challenges.

The KCAC coaches selected the Bluejays to finish second in the Kessinger Division, just four points behind Evangel. Tabor also received one first place vote, while the Valor received the other five.

Conference sports information directors and other affiliated media members picked the Bluejays to take a third-place finish, behind Bethel and Evangel. The margin between Tabor and Bethel was a razor-thin one, with the Threshers holding second-place in the poll by just two points.
