NEW YORK, N.Y. – The Associated Press released its list of National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) football All-American selections last week. Selections were made by sports information directors across the NAIA.
A.J. King earned a spot as an AP NAIA All-American Second Team selection on offense as an all-purpose returner. King recorded 347 punt-return yards on 13 punts, averaging 26.69 yards-per-return and taking two punts back to the house for touchdowns, with a longest return of 92 yards. In addition to his work on the punt return team, he recorded 602 kick return yards on 27 kickoffs, averaging 22.30 yards-per-return, with a longest return of 39 yards.
