Isaiah Cohens returns to Tabor for his final collegiate season.
Tabor College, Senior
Appeared in 53 of 54 games for Head Coach Mark Standiford and the Bluejays, batting .348 with a .504 slugging percentage and a .445 on-base percentage. Recorded 40 hits, 47 runs, nine doubles, three homers, and 25 RBIs in 115 at-bats. Walked 19 times, struck out 20 times, and stole 14 bags.Â
Part of a Bluejay club that went 38-16 overall and 28-8 in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC), making a trip to the NAIA Opening Round Fayette Bracket Championship Game against eventual NAIA National Champions, Hope International (Calif.).

Played one season for Head Coach Carlos James and the Golden Lions.
Appeared in 48 games in 2023, making 45 starts and 175 at-bats, recording 45 hits, seven doubles, one triple, and 30 RBIs. Scored 31 runs. Hit .257 on the season, walked 28 times, struck out 24 times, and stole 15 bases.
Part of a UAPB club that went 17-32 and 10-20 in Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) play.

Spent one season at NCAA Division I Gonzaga University under Head Coach Mark Machtolf.
Johnson County Community College (Overland Park, Kan.), Freshman & Covid Freshman
Played in 50 of 53 games for the Cavaliers in 2021, starting 49. Hit .244 (33-135) with six doubles, one triple, one homer, 35 runs scored and 21 driven in. Had a .950 fielding percentage as a shortstop. Recorded five multiple-hit games and six multiple-RBI games.
Part of a Johnson County club that went 43-10 on the season and 25-7 in KJCCC East Division play, falling to Butler Community College (Kan.) in the NJCAA Region 6 Sub-Region Tournament.
Played in 11 games for Head Coach Kent Shelley and the Cavaliers in the Covid-19 shortened season in 2020, making four starts. Hit .500 (10-20) with three doubles, one triple, eight runs scored and four driven in. Recorded three multiple-hit games and one multiple-RBI game. Recorded an RBI double in his first game as a Cavalier, helping Johnson cruise past Southwestern Community College (Iowa). Earned NJCAA All-Academic Second-team honors with a GPA between 3.80-3.99.
High School: Goddard High School (Goddard, Kan.)
Was a four-year starter for Head Coach Darrin Fisher. Cohens was the No. 1 ranked shortstop in Kansas and the No. 3 overall prospect in the state his Senior year according to Perfect Game. Earned KSHSAA 5A All-State Second Team honors as an infielder his Junior year and 5A All-State Honorable Mention at pitcher his Senior year. Earned Honorable Mention Ark Valley/Chisholm Trail DII All-League honors as a Sophomore and Junior and earned First Team honors his Senior year at shortstop.Â
Personal
Son of Anthony Cohens and Irma Sage. Has two brothers (Cameron and Jaden) and one sister (Brittany). Graduated with his Bachelors Degree last Spring and currently pursuing his MBA in Sports Management and Leadership. Favorite energy drink is Alani Cosmic Stardust. Go-to snack is ice cream. Favorite Baseball memory is playing in an opening round last year. If he could have one superpower it would be mind reading.
