 Casey Quiggle aka “Quiggs” begins his 2nd season leading the Tabor volleyball team. “Quiggs”,
came to Tabor in August 2022 following stints as the head coach at Sheridan College (WY),
Southwestern Community College (Iowa) and Asst. Coach at Jamestown University (ND), and coached
both mens’ and womens’ volleyball at Aliso Niguel H.S. from 2010 – 2017. Originally from San
Clemente, Calif., his coaching career began in 2004. Over his career, he has coached at the high school,
club and collegiate levels.
Coach Quiggle has his BA in Political Science (Central College, Pella, Iowa), an MBA (Univ of
Phoenix, Ariz.) and his MCAA (Coaching and Athletic Admin - Concordia, Irvine, Calif.) His
passion is coaching and mentoring student athletes to excel both on and off the court.
During his seven years at Aliso Niguel High School, Quiggs helped guide the girls’ program to
three straight Seaview League Championships and one CIF (SS) Championship. He also
helped guide the boys program to an undefeated Seaview League Championship and back-to-
back CIF playoff berths. Quiggle has over 35 years of experience in competitive athletics,
including 18+ years of coaching volleyball.
While in high school, he played both soccer and baseball. In college Quiggs added football to
the mix and played three sports at the collegiate level. Coach Quiggle and his wife, Brianne and
their dog Cash lived in Sheridan, Wyoming prior to moving to Hillsboro. They love the
outdoors, good music and good friends. Quiggs enjoys BBQ-ing and hosting smaller gatherings.
Both Quiggs and Brianne grew up in Christian homes and continue to grow in their relationship with
Christ each and every day.
