Coaching style
My
coaching style is very laid back, but at the same time, I expect a lot
out of my players and myself. I feel this combination really lets me
enjoy my job as a basketball coach. I love building personal
relationships with my students and players.
How do you integrate faith into your coaching?
My
goal is that that through this program, my players will grow
athletically to be the best player and teammate they can possibly be
and that through this program my players faith will be challenged and,
as a result they would grow in their personal relationship with the
lord.
