Family:

My parents are Dan Hromada, Jr. and Chris Hromada. They reside in Cleveland, Ohio. I also have a younger brother, Tim, in his senior year at Walsh University. I also just recently became engaged to Jacqueline Kodrich, who resides in Newton, Kan.

Coaching Style:

When I was a player I felt it was extremely important to be a student of the game. My coaching style will reflect that. I have many goals for my players, one of the most important things is that they have a great understanding of the game of football and understand concepts. Another thing that I would like to accomplish with my players is for them to trust me and be able to come to me for anything. I feel I bring a competitive edge and my players will be intense and knowledgeable about the game of football. Lastly, I want to instill in them that we are in this world to honor and glorify God, and we get to do this through the game of football. Being able to be a part of a football program is an honor and not privilege.

What is special about athletics at Tabor:

What strikes me about Tabor athletics is the enormous amount of campus wide support from the administration, students, and faculty. Tabor is a great family community and being a part of the athletic department means that I get an opportunity to a part of the Tabor family. I also like being a part of a Christ centered athletic department in which the values are to honor God through athletics.

How do you integrate faith into coaching:

The best way I integrate faith into coaching is to do everything to the best of my ability and to honor God in all that I do. I am very fortunate to be put in a position where I can be a role model for student athletes.
