LAWRENCE, Kan. – Tabor Volleyball closed out the Haskell classic on Saturday, facing Cottey and Haskell in their final two matches of the tournament. The Bluejays entered the day fresh off a 3-1 win over Philander Smith on Friday evening.
Tabor opened things up by taking down Cottey in a three-set sweep, 25-22, 25-18, 25-15.
Kingzley Ratzlaff led the way offensively with eight kills, while
MaKenna Wamsher recorded 10 digs.
Annerieke Nederveen recorded 25 assists and three total blocks in the win.
In the second match of the day, the Bluejays took down Haskell in another three-set sweep, 25-16, 25-18, 25-18.
Esther Nederveen led the way with 14 kills and four total blocks, while
Josephine Fuamatu recorded 15 digs and
Annerieke Nederveen recorded 23 assists.
The Bluejays are back in action on Wednesday as they play host to local rival, Hesston at 7:00pm.
