OTTAWA, Kan. – Bluejay Volleyball embarked on their second match in conference play on Saturday as they hit the road and headed to Ottawa. Tabor entered the match after a hard-fought KCAC opener against Bethel on Wednesday, while Ottawa earned a 3-0 sweep over Oklahoma Wesleyan.

• With the loss, the Bluejays fall to 7-10 on the season and 0-2 in KCAC play
• The match marked the 97^th meeting between the two programs, dating back to 1977

NOTABLE PERFORMANCES

• Esther Nederveen led the way offensively with 18 kills, while Kingzley Ratzlaff recorded 14 kills and Kytzia Cortez had nine
• Nederveen and Cortez also each recorded two service aces
• Jaci Maxfield had a big day defensively, recording seven blocks, while Esther Nederveen had four, and Kingzley Ratzlaff had three
• Defensively, Josephine Fuamatu led the way with 10 digs, while the Nederveen sisters each recorded seven digs of their own
• Annerieke Nederveen recorded 44 assists in the loss
