HILLSBORO, Kan. – In an effort to get ahead of the incoming inclement weather, Tabor College Baseball opened their weekend home series with Avila on Friday, playing the doubleheader portion of the series.

• With the win, the Bluejays improve to 19-22 on the season and 15-14 in conference play
• The game marks the 23^rd all-time meeting between the two teams
• Tabor owns a 20-3 lead in the all-time series

 
NOTABLE PERFORMANCES

• Kaison Overbey led the way offensively with four RBIs and three hits, while Ethan Crawford also recorded four hits
• Overbey and Easton Norris recorded extra base hits, each hitting a double
• Logan McGuire struck out six batters in the win
