TABOR WOMEN'S BASKETBALL GEARS UP FOR 2025-26 KCAC WOMEN'S BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP VS EVANGEL

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Monday evening, a conference title will be decided as Tabor is set to take on No. 1 seeded Evangel at the AGFinancial Arena in Springfield, Mo. The Bluejays continue their inspired run through the KCAC Women's Basketball Tournament after downing No. 2 seeded Bethel and No. 3 seeded Friends.
 
LAST TIME OUT
  • Won a thrilling overtime contest at Friends in the KCAC Women's Basketball Tournament Semifinals on Saturday, 54-42
  • Adrian Hazelwood and Lillie Veer led the team in scoring, each finishing with 12 points
  • Tayton Smith had a monster day recording a career-high 22 rebounds (seven offensive, 15 defensive) in the win, while also blocking three shots and snagging two steals
  • Tabor held the Falcons to 31.6% (18-57) from the field, 22.2% (2-9) from three, and 44.4% (4-9) from the charity stripe, while shooting 34.4% (21-61) from the field, 25.0% (4-16) from three, and 66.7% (8-12) from the free throw line
