HILLSBORO, Kan. – Bluejay Baseball returns to action on Wednesday for their 2026 home opener, as they play host to Highway 56 rival Central Christian. The team is coming off a solid weekend at the Battle in the Hills Tournament where they earned three wins.
LAST TIME OUT
- Took down Baker on Saturday, 6-3
- Easton Norris, Jared Mack, Kaison Overbey, Jack Kiser, and Ethan Crawford all recorded hits in the win, with Overbey recording the team's lone extra base hit of the afternoon
- Norris, Overbey, Kiser, and Logan McGuire each recorded an RBI
- Will Beckmann earned the win on the mound, striking out five batters in five innings
