WICHITA, Kan. – The KCAC Women's Basketball Tournament continues on Saturday with the tournament semifinals. Tabor is set to take on the No. 6 seed in Friends in what is sure to be an exciting matchup in the third meeting of the season between the two teams. The game on Saturday follows Wednesday evening's thrilling quarterfinal matchup between the Bluejays and Bethel.
LAST TIME OUT
- Took down No. 2 seeded Bethel in thrilling fashion on Wednesday, 60-53
- Lillie Veer led the team with 12 points in the win
- Tayton Smith dominated the boards, grabbing 14 total rebounds (six offensive, eight defensive)
- Landry O'Brien dished out five assists
- Veer, Adrian Hazelwood, and Anna Lambert each grabbed two steals
- Tabor shot 38.2% (21-55) from the field, 31.3% (5-16) from beyond the arc, and 86.7% (13-15) from the free throw line
