HILLSBORO, Kan. – The final week of the KCAC Men's Basketball regular season begins on Wednesday evening as the Bluejay men welcome rival Bethel to Tabor College Gymnasium for the seconds meeting of the season between the two teams.  
 
LAST TIME OUT

• Fell on the road at Saint Mary, 103-94
• Jackson Baer led the way with 22 points off the bench
• Jake Weaver led the team on the glass with 13 rebounds and one block
• Weaver's work defensively helped him earn KCAC Men's Basketball Defensive Player of the Week
• The Bluejays shot 55.0% (33-60) from the field, 36.8% (7-19) from downtown, and 75.0% (21-28) from the free throw line

 
LAST TIME AGAINST THE THRESHERS

• Last met on January 14^th in North Newton
• Bethel won in decisive fashion, 93-58
• Carmelo Yakubu led Bethel with 18 points, while Niieihii Blackbear led Tabor with 12 points

• 19-7 on the season, 14-6 in conference play
• Currently sitting 4^th in the KCAC standings
• Carmelo Yakubu currently leads the team in scoring, averaging 16.3 points per game, while Trenton Patterson is also averaging double figures with 14.3 points per game
• Won big over Ottawa at home on Saturday, 87-60
• Yakubu led the team in scoring with 19 points in Saturday's win

• 138 total meetings, dating back to 1948
• Tabor won the first meeting in 1948, 35-34
