MCPHERSON, Kan. – Head Coach Tom Gaskell's Bluejay Women's Soccer side took on Highway 56 rival Central Christian on Saturday afternoon. The Bluejays looked to continue to capitalize on their strong start to the season, entering the match with a 3-1 overall record and fresh off a 1-0 decision over College of Saint Mary, while the Tigers entered the match fresh off a 0-0 draw with hometown rival McPherson.

- With the win, the Bluejays improve to 4-1 on the season, closing out non-conference play on a high note
- Saturday's match marked the 26th all-time meeting between the two sides
- Tabor's win marked the fourth straight Bluejay victory over the Tigers with the streak dating back to 2022
- Tabor boasts an all-time record of 13-11-2 in the series

- Porsha Zweifel now leads the Bluejay side with five goals on the season
- Cyerra Boyer and Raegan King each netted their first goals of the season, finding the back of the net at the 29' mark and the 79' mark respectively
