BLUEJAY MEN'S GOLF CLAIMS 4TH AT KCAC CHAMPIONSHIPS; AHO LEADS TEAM WITH TOP 15 FINISH

GARDEN CITY, Kan.  - The Tabor College men's golf team wrapped up a strong showing at the 2025 KCAC Championships in Garden City, Kansas, finishing 4th overall in a competitive field. The Bluejays showed consistency across all three rounds and achieved a significant milestone for the program by placing in the top half of the conference standings.

Leading the way for Tabor was senior Andreas Aho, who turned in rounds of 76, 73, and 74 to finish +7 and earn 11th place individually out of 50 players. Aho's steady play provided a crucial anchor for the Bluejays throughout the tournament.

"It was really great for the program to take that next step to the top half of the conference," said head coach Mike Jamieson. "I'm proud of how the guys competed.

Also contributing to the team's success were David Darrah and Ty Peterson, who both finished tied for 21st with overall scores of +14. Darrah opened with back-to-back rounds of 73 before a tough final day, while Peterson started strong and battled throughout.

The team's 4th-place result marks a notable improvement for the program and sets a positive tone heading into the offseason.
