LEAVENWORTH, Kan. – Tabor college Cross Country made the trip to Leavenworth, Kan. this past weekend for their first trip to the KCAC Cross Country Championships under Head Coach
Aaron Yoder.
The Bluejay women posted a strong outing, taking a fourth place finish, while the men took a 10
th place finish.
Julianna Maxfield led the way for the Tabor women, running a time of 23:26, good enough for 12
th place overall.
Adrienne Selzer came in second on the squad, running a time of 24:02, good for 17
th place overall. With their performances, Maxfield and Selzer secured their ticket to the NAIA Cross Country National Championships.
Wade Ratzlaff led the way for the Bluejay men, taking 85
th overall with a time of 30:01.
To top things off, the Bluejay women earned the KCAC Team of Character Award for the season, which recognizes their commitment to service and competing the right way in everything they do.
