HILLSBORO, Kan. - It was an unfortunate day for the Bluejays as they faced conference foes Oklahoma Wesleyan University, as the Eagles were able to win 6-0 on the day.
The doubles matchup did not quite go to plan for the women as Tara Stewart and Katherine Classen lost 6-0 in the number one doubles. Fiorella Villa and Binita Sitoula lost 6-1 in the number two doubles match.
The singles did not get much better from Tabor as Tara Stewart was forced to retire after losing 6-2 in the first set. Despite all the setbacks, Vitia Chacon was able to force a third set tiebreaker in her singles match, narrowly losing 10-5 in the tiebreaker.
The women will next be in action on the road against Kansas Wesleyan University on April 11th at 3pm.
