YORK, Neb. – Wednesday evening's win over McPherson looked to give the Bluejays the motivation they needed as they headed into the Freeman Center to take on York University.
Unfortunately for the Bluejays, things did not go as planned, as the Panthers got off to a hot start. Tabor couldn't get themselves in a rhythm quick enough, falling to York, 88-67.
James Shoenfelt led the charge on offense for TC, recording a 20-point outing, while
Kam Kaniper and
Kalep Crane also finished in double-figures with 18 and 17 points respectively.
Zach Hiebert led the team defensively with two steals, while
Batosse Gado pulled down nine total boards.
The Bluejay men return to action on Wednesday as they play host to Friends University. Tipoff is scheduled for 8:00pm and the contest will be broadcast live on
