HILLSBORO, Kan. – Tabor Men's Basketball will hit the road this afternoon as they head to York, Neb. to take on the York University Panthers in yet another KCAC matchup. Tipoff is scheduled for 6:00pm.
SERIES HISTORY
The series between the two programs began in 1951, as the Bluejays cruised past then-York College, 119-71. More recently, the Panthers have led the series 15-6 since 2011. The Bluejays split the series a season ago, falling in a tight contest in Hillsboro, 79-76, before repaying the favor in York later in the season, winning, 74-70.
OPENING STORYLINES
- The Bluejays earned a gritty win in Wednesday's Highway 56 Showdown, knocking off McPherson to earn Head Coach Josh Roach his first career win
- Sophomore Kam Kaniper stepped up in the win, pouring in 24 points, grabbing five boards, and snagging two steals
- Batosse Gado and Kalep Crane were monsters on the glass, with Gado grabbing 12 and Crane grabbing 11
- Tabor is currently tied with Kansas Wesleyan for ninth in the KCAC Standings

Tabor hosts Friends on Wednesday (Dec. 11) at 8:00pm and Avila on Saturday (Dec. 14) at 4:00pm.
