Ryan played on varsity for all 4 years of High School Golf career. 3 of those years he was team captain for his team. Ryan placed top 5 two years in a row for his regional championship. His senior year he placed top 20 in state.

Ryan was born and raised in Fort Mohave, Arizona. He was raised by both parents, Toby and Lindy Hill. He has two younger siblings.
