HILLSBORO, Kan. – The Tabor College men's and women's tennis teams are set to face another challenging test as they travel to Sterling College on Thursday, March 13. The Bluejays will take on a strong Sterling squad before preparing for their upcoming match against Avila University later in the week.
The Sterling men's team enters the matchup with a solid 3-1 record, while the women's team holds a 2-3 record. Both Sterling teams have demonstrated strong performances this season, making for a competitive battle on Thursday.
"Tough match at Sterling. They are another tough, tough program and should give us a very good match," head coach Jeremy Nelson said. "Then Avila on Saturday—the first-year program should be a winnable one on both sides."
With both teams eager to make a statement, Thursday's matchup will serve as an important test for the Bluejays as they continue to build momentum heading into the heart of conference play.
