WICHITA, Kan. - The Tabor men's tennis team traveled to Wichita looking to better the Falcons who are next to them in the standings. Despite some great tennis played, the Falcons were able to come out 6-1 victors on the day.
Despite Tabor losing the number one and number three doubles matches, the dynamic duo of Stephano Moreano Chan and Jake Goertzen won their doubles match 6-3 in a well played match of tennis.
Unfortunately the Falcons won the most of the singles matches, however Ko Osuga won his singles match in flying fashion winning 6-1, 6-3. Stephano Moreano Chan also took his match to a third set tiebreaker losing 11-9 in the third set in a pulsating match of tennis.
The Bluejays will next be in action against Evangel University on April 20th, matches will start at 10am. It will also be senior day for Tabor, with the ceremony starting at 9:45am make sure to come out and support the Bluejay men's tennis team. The ceremony can also be watched live on Facebook Live.
